Why choose Creative Lee?

We offer Australia-wide shipping through our network of couriers. Creative Lee has a growing product range, sourced from the best manufacturers world-wide. We can help you find what you need, while offering you support and guidance.

When will my items be sent?

Shipping cut-off time: midday during normal working week-days. Every attempt will be made to process orders on the same day, and is subject to stock availability. Goods will be sent out by our nominated courier: Australia Post (standard/Express), StarTrack, Toll/IPEC. For more information about our process, click here: Shipping

What if I need to return an item?

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, and must be pre-approved by Creative Lee, Australia. Follow the directions provided in our policy:  Returns

How does the loyalty program work?

The loyalty program rewards customers by offering points through different activities on our website. Points can be gathered by signing up as a member, making purchases, or booking workshops. Where do I find information about customising an item?

Creative Lee can customise the majority of our products. If you require your own image to be printed on one of our products, please make sure you email us a high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI) image. Sending via text or messenger deteriorates your image quality, this is why we ask images to be sent via email, or brought directly to us on a thumbdrive.
