SHIPPING POLICY
Creative Lee's goal is to build trust and confidence with our customers, fostering long-term loyalty. We want you to shop with peace of mind, knowing that your orders will be handled with care and efficiency. Delivering your items as soon as possible is important, so we make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 to 72 hours. Please allow longer for customised items to be designed, created and then dispatched. Customisation can take between 2 to 8 weeks, depending on item and complexity.

Where possible, we use Australia Post.

Larger bulk orders will need to be quoted individually. Please email us to request a quote.
We aim to get the best delivery charges possible and will often use third-party couriers to keep costs to you, as low as possible.

NOTE as at 15 August 2025: due to changes in U.S. tariffs, we will not be able to ship to U.S. customers until this issue is resolved. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. Shipping to all other countries remains available.

When will my order arrive?
Creative Lee is regionally based, which means shipping may take a couple of days longer to reach you. However, we do endeavour to have your items delivered to you within 2 to 8 business days within Australia, using standard post.

How to track my order?
Once we have packeaged your order, or created your memorable items, we will send you a shipping confirmation email or message. Your tracking link will be included, which will take you to our shipping partner's site so you can follow the live tracking updates.

Is pickup or local delivery available?
Definitely!
Pickup from our studio can be arranged by appointment only.
​Local delivery includes the following suburbs:
Albury (2640), Lavington (2641), Thurgoona (2640), Jindera (2642),
Table Top (2640), Wodonga (3690), Bandiana (3691) and Killara (3691).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Creative Lee, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience, ensuring that you can make informed decisions about your purchases.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
All products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase, providing they are used in the manner for which they are intended; and all safety or cleaning instructions that Creative Lee provided to you are followed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-approved by Creative Lee, Australia. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all parcels and notify us within 7 days.
We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on products that have been customised or printed.
If your product is damaged, at the fault of Creative Lee, then a refund or credit note will be issued.
We are unable to refund if you change your mind, you ordered the incorrect size for clothing and apparel, or if you drop one of the breakables.
For all apparel/clothing please check your sizes carefully. If at any time you are unsure, give us a call or email us before placing your order.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Inspect your order immediately on delivery and contact us if any item is defective, damaged, or on the rare occasion, you receive the incorrect item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A photo of the item to our email will help expediate the process.
